During the ongoing legal proceedings that have surrounded my brothers homicide I have been unable to write publicaly about my thoughts, feelings or how this has affected my life. But, very soon, I will finally be able to write something more. Until that time I will again stress that if you are in crisis please seek help. Call a crisis line, call a friend or go to the nearest emergency room. Asking for help is the best and bravest thing you can do. Even when this blog is actively live I will stress this. I am not a mental health professional, merely a survivor of homicide. I can only offer my own experiences to you. So, until next time, be well.
